Hi, I’m Dr Sarmila Sinha, a UK based Consultant Psychiatrist and Stress Management Coach.


I'm delighted to launch the Stress Management Course 2020 which deals with the current stressors we are facing during the COVID pandemic. I have more than 15 years of experience in the NHS, I have been a Health and Well-being ambassador in the NHS and trainer on Stress Management for the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
